 Students of  KVM UPS Nilamel are in a green way

   They are just at the beginning -  to make their school eco friendly. They are taking up a step by step programme to  make their school green.  

This is their first step- A butterfly park

The summer teaches

 ഒരു പാഠം വേനലിൽ നിന്ന്
എരിയുന്ന ഈ വേനൽ പറയുന്നു സമയമായ്
കരയുന്ന ഭൂമിയെ കാക്കാൻ
വനമാകെ വെട്ടി നശിപ്പിച്ചു നാം പണ്ടേ
ചീന്തിയോരുടയാട നല്കാൻ
ഹരിത പുതപ്പ് ഒന്ന്  ഭൂമിയ്ക്ക് നല്കിയാ
ധാരയുടെ നാണം മറയ്ക്കാൻ
കരയുവാൻ കണ്ണീരു വറ്റിയ നദികളെ
ഇനിയും പുനർ ജനിപ്പിക്കാൻ
മരവും കിളിയുമീ കാടും കുളങ്ങളും ധരയുടെ
സമ്പാദ്യമല്ലോ
കളയാതെ കാക്കാം നമുക്കാ നിധികളെ
അത് തന്നെ ദൈവ നിയോഗം
ഒരു വേള അല്ലെങ്കിൽ നമ്മൾക്ക് നമ്മളെ
നരനെന്നു ചൊല്ലാതിരിക്കാം
( നന്മയെ തന്നെ രമിക്കുന്നോനല്ലയോ
മണ്ണിൽ  നരനെന്നു  സാരം)
 ഇനിയും മടിക്കാതെ ഭൂമിയെ കാക്കുവാൻ
ഒരുമിച്ചു നില്ക്കേണം നമ്മൾ
